Your hosts, Céline and Cyril, wine and gastronomy lovers, will let you taste delicious fresh and local products. Vegetables come from Raphaël SPEZIALI, organic producer located in the village; the duck legs and terrines are prepared by Valérie GIMENEZ in Charlas, the pork comes from Didier FRECHOU's breeding in Peyrissas, the ice creams are made by Kim Glace, craftsman in Auzas. All other fresh products are purchased from small retailers in AURIGNAC.
Each day, a blackboard of home-made dishes is presented. Here, no industrial nuggets and chips for the kids when parents are enjoying fresh and tasty products, the smallest eat the same meals in appropriate amounts, and like it!
As Céline cooks every day to excite your taste buds, it is possible for her to adapt to a specific request (allergies, vegetarian dishes … if you point out in advance).
In high season, every Tuesday, the barbecue parties are highly successful; Friday, you will share a giant risotto cooked in front of you, and Sunday, Pasta for everyone to welcome newcomers.
