DINING
This restaurant serves seasonal, homemade dishes made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients from the Comminges region, featuring vegetables from nearby farms, meats from local breeders, and artisanal ice cream.
Our cuisine is simple, generous and honest We prefer a short, daily-changing blackboard menu over a long menu where everything tastes the same.
Families also appreciate a detail that is close to our hearts: This restaurant accommodates families by offering child-sized portions of their regular menu items, alongside pizzas for pickier eaters
THE WINE BAR
Cyril, wine lovers for couple of years , proposes a selected wine card including small wine producers working and respecting ground and vines, in a sustainable development context. Enjoy by the glass or by the bottle, dine in or takeaway. Every winter we go through the South West vineyards of Languedoc-Roussillon and visit producers that we select for the bistro
Our artisanal beers are also carefully sourced from local breweries. The camping Pré Fixe wine bar also offers a wonderful selection of digestifs, alongside a menu of homemade cocktails (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic).
When all is said and done, this is where the true spirit of Pré Fixe shines brightest: the charm of the outdoors, with that little extra soul.
