Reception hours
The reception is open from 9am to 19pm.
Please settle your bill the day before departure, especially if you plan to leave early.
In case of late arrival, please keep us informed, but to the extent that we provide restaurant service, it will be difficult for us to welcome you in the best conditions, so we ask you kindly to respect this schedule as much as possible.

Request by phone or email : a booking form will be sent by e-mail or post.
30% deposit on booking, balance 30 days before the stay.
Cancellation (in low season)
In low season, for pitches only, cancellation is free of charge.
Cancellation (in all other cases)
A reservation commits you: the amount paid are non-refundable.
30 days before the date of arrival, your stay cannot be changed and is due in full, even in the event of cancellation or modification of the duration.
If you wish to be able to recover all or part of the cost of your stay in the event of cancellation, you must have taken out insurance. Some bank cards include this guarantee once they are used for the payment of the said stay.
This is offered to you in the booking tunnel at a rate of 3.5% of the stay, and enables you to obtain a refund of 100% in the event of justified cancellation or 70% in the absence of justification.
You can also purchase cancellation insurance either with your usual insurer or with travel insurance companies online.
Depending on the contracts, the reasons for cancellation and the reimbursement conditions vary widely.
Check the circumstances that allow you to be covered. Under no circumstances can the campsite be requested to reimburse the sums paid.
Disabled accessibility
We will make every effort to make your stay easier and enjoyable regardless of your disability.
However, and to avoid any nasty surprises, we specify that the terrain is sloping and is not suitable for a wheelchair.
Pets
Pets (except dogs of 1st and 2nd category) are welcome on the campsite and in the accommodations. They must have an up-to-date vaccination certificate, kept on a leash and not left alone on the site.
